Why - The San Diego Kiwanis Club Foundation is proud to award a $5,000 scholarship to an outstanding ASB President, who will be honored at the Laurels for Leaders Awards Ceremony. 

Who - To be eligible for the scholarship you must:

• Register for Laurels for Leaders by the December 20, 2024 deadline
• Be a graduating, college-bound senior
• Attend Laurels for Leaders on March 6, 2025

What - Create a video, 3 minutes or less, addressing one of the following prompts:

• Impactful Project: Create a video presentation about one project you spearheaded as ASB President that had a significant impact on your school or community. Describe your demonstrated leadership, how you involved your ASB and school, the outcome, and the lasting effects of the project.
• Vision for Change: What changes would your ASB like to see in your educational community? Create a video illustrating your collective vision for the future and the steps your ASB believes are necessary to achieve this vision.

When - Complete and submit your application video by January 27, 2025, to be considered for the scholarship.

How - Upload your video using this link. *Please note that your submission may be posted publicly, and by submitting, you and/or your parents or guardians (if you are a minor) give permission for this.

Prize - The winner will be awarded a $5,000 scholarship. Additionally, the winner's video will be featured, and the ASB President will be invited to speak at the Laurels for Leaders Awards Ceremony on March 6, 2025!
