New date! For 69 years, Laurels for Leaders was held in February around Presidents' Day weekend. Starting this year, we meet in November!

Laurels for Leaders proudly presents the 70th Annual ASB President Workshop & Awards Ceremony—this one-of-a-kind day unites every ASB President across San Diego County to be connected, inspired, and honored.

Event Schedule

8:30–9:00 a.m. | ASB President Check-In & Breakfast - ASB Presidents only. Doors open at 8:30 a.m.

9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. | ASB President Workshop - ASB Presidents only.
An interactive workshop with community and business leaders on leadership, resilience, service and teamwork.

12:00–1:00 p.m. | ASB President & Sponsor Luncheon - ASB Presidents and Event Sponsors only.

1:00–1:30 p.m. | 70th Annual Awards Ceremony - Open to everyone.  Doors open at 12:45 p.m.
Parents, guardians, advisors, principals and community members are invited to celebrate our ASB Presidents at the Honor Roll Call. Please register every guest so we have a seat ready for you.

Important Details for ASB Presidents

• Register yourself using the ASB President Registration link.
• No substitutes. Only the current ASB President may attend. Another officer cannot attend in the President's place.
• Cash award. To receive the unrestricted cash award, you must attend both the workshop and the Awards Ceremony.
• Dress code is business casual.
• Parking is free.
• Registration deadline is Friday, October 9, 2026.
